Tayo founded Tayo Opatayo Mentoring Forum (TOMF) in 2018; with a group of about 8 mentees who were working professionals and entrepreneurs. It is an exclusive invite-only online mentoring community where he coaches and mentors young adults; for leadership in life, career and business. TOMF now has 240 members; across 8 countries in 4 continents.
